A kit saves you from matching a hose, wand and floor tool yourself, but only if the pieces suit your floors and inlets. Five are accessory kits; the sixth is an installation kit of pipe and inlets, included because it is the other half of a DIY system.

This is the simplest way to put an electric beater on a house with standard low-voltage inlets. The 30 ft dual-voltage hose has a pigtail (72 in cord) and a handle switch that controls the unit and the powerhead; the kit adds an electric carpet beater with 6 height settings and a 12 in floor brush, with a 2-year warranty. It fits 1.5 in inlets with two low-voltage pins.
The gaps: OVO does not name the powerhead model or wand type, and the remaining accessories are not itemized.
Skip it if you want to know exactly which head you are getting, or your inlets are direct-connect (the Prolux kit converts).
For hard floors with rugs, the Deluxe Plus is the complete low-voltage kit. It has a 30 ft crushproof hose with a handle switch and swivel, an air-driven carpet beater, a 12 in pivoting horsehair floor brush, a telescopic steel wand (25.5 to 38 in, button lock), dusting brush, upholstery tool, crevice tool, accessory bag and a chrome hose hanger, with a 2-year warranty. The turbine beater needs no wiring. It is not for electric powerheads.
Skip it if you have wall-to-wall carpet or pets; a turbine beater slows on deep pile.
Prolux documents this kit in full on its own page, which is rare. The 35 ft crushproof electric hose has a 3-way handle switch, ships as a pigtail and includes a direct-connect conversion kit, so it works at either inlet type. The power nozzle has LED headlights, height adjustment and a rubber bumper (Prolux now calls it its North American Power Nozzle; older listings named a Wessel-Werk EBK360). You also get a telescopic wand, crevice tool, duster, upholstery tool, floor tool, mini turbo pet tool, hose hanger and tool caddy. Warranty is 1 year on the kit and 2 years on the nozzle motor. Skip it if you do not need the electric head; the price tier is premium for a hard-floor home.
When inlets are far apart, the Cen-Tec 93048 gives you 40 ft of low-voltage hose with a two-position switch and an orientation tab. The wand is a telescoping chrome ratchet type (25 to 42 in, Italian ratchet), and the tools are a multi-surface combination nozzle, a USA-made hard floor brush, a 5 in natural-fill dusting brush, a 13 in vented crevice tool, a 5 in upholstery tool with brush and a mesh caddy. The retailer lists it as fitting Beam, Electrolux, Eureka, Vacuflo, VacuMaid, MD, Cyclovac, Canavac and Hayden systems. Not for electric power nozzles, and no warranty term is published.
Skip it if 30 or 35 ft reaches everything; the extra length is weight you drag every time.

You get 12 lengths of 4 ft 2 in OD central vacuum PVC (48 ft) with straps, three round-door low-voltage inlets with mounting brackets, 2 sweep tees, 10 90-degree elbows, 6 45-degree elbows, 6 stop couplings, 50 ft of 24 V low-voltage wire and PVC cement. OVO describes it as fitting any 2 in OD low-voltage system, so it is not tied to an OVO power unit. No warranty is published.
Forty-eight feet of pipe covers a compact layout; a two-story home with the unit in the garage will need more pipe and more fittings.
Skip it if you need more than three inlets or a long run; buy pipe by the stick instead.

A hose, a wand, a floor tool and a few hand tools (crevice, dusting, upholstery), usually with a hanger or caddy. The power unit, pipe and inlets are separate. The one exception here is the OVO installation kit, which is pipe, inlets and wire with no hose or tools.
Electric if you have carpet or pets: the beater has its own motor and needs a dual-voltage or direct-connect hose, which the OVO Carpet Deluxe and Prolux kits include. Air-driven if your floors are mostly hard with some rugs: the turbine beater spins on airflow alone and works on a plain low-voltage hose.
The low-voltage kits here fit standard 1.5 in inlets with two contacts. The OVO Carpet Deluxe is a pigtail kit for the same inlet plus a wall outlet. The Prolux kit ships as a pigtail with a direct-connect conversion kit, so it fits either inlet type. Confirm your type before ordering.
Only if your inlets were spaced for it. A longer hose reaches farther from fewer inlets but is heavier, harder to store and asks more of the power unit. Most homes do well with 30 or 35 ft.
The pipe, fittings and low-voltage wire are within reach of a careful DIYer, and the kit gives you 48 ft of pipe and three inlets. The power unit plugs into a standard outlet.
