What we collect

We use Google Analytics 4 and Microsoft Clarity to understand how the site is used: pages viewed, device type, approximate location, and interactions such as which links are clicked and how tools are used. Tool answers are recorded in aggregate and are not tied to you. We do not sell personal data.

Affiliate links

When you click a retailer link, that retailer may set a cookie that attributes a purchase to us. Amazon's cookie lasts 24 hours, or longer if you add an item to your cart. The retailer's privacy policy governs what happens on their site.

Newsletter

If you subscribe, we store your email address with our email provider and use it only to send the newsletter. Every email has an unsubscribe link.

Your choices

You can block analytics with a browser extension or your browser's tracking protection. Residents of California, the EU, the UK and Canada can request access to or deletion of any personal data we hold by contacting us.
