InterVac Design

Warranty when bought online

Warranty page: 2 years on CondoVac (IVD660 models), RV Vac, Garage Vac and VacPort lines; 30 days on accessories; dust bags, filters, tools and hoses excluded; using non-genuine bags or filters voids the unit warranty. Coverage applies to products bought directly from InterVac, from authorized retailers (Amazon is named as one), or installed in an RV/boat at purchase. Registration is recommended but proof of purchase is still required; claims without proof may be denied. The B2B Brand Protection / MAP policy prohibits resellers from selling on unauthorized marketplaces (Amazon and eBay named) without written approval and says units are tracked by serial number; products sold outside the U.S. are 'as-is, where-is' with no warranty. The policy does not state how a purchase from an unauthorized marketplace seller is treated - confirm with InterVac.
