RecPro warranty page: RecPro-branded RV products carry 1 year from retail sale against manufacturer defects, to the original purchaser, non-transferable, proof of purchase required; labor, installation and consequential damages excluded. Resold brands such as Dirt Devil are covered by RecPro for 30 days, then by the manufacturer. Claims are accepted by email, phone, Amazon or eBay with an RMA. The RV central vacuum it sells is the H-P Products Dirt Devil CV1500 bundled with a VRoom retractable hose, so after 30 days the unit falls under H-P Products terms.
RV-aftermarket retailer rather than a vacuum maker.
